Corps members disturbed with their posting

Corps members
The Batch B NYSC corps members who were posted to the northern part of Nigeria are unhappy due to insecurity in some part of the north. They are asking the officials of NYSC to redeploy them from the north. They said that they were confused and disappointed when they received the call-up letter. Some of the corps members and their families could not believe that NYSC officials are still posting corps members to voilent states like Yobe, Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Bornu and Bauchi states.
Comments were gotten from socials networks like facebook and twitter. Some of the comments were “We need to arise and stop the government from sentencing us and our loved ones to death. Is our government/NYSC this heartless or simply inhumane? We seek our immediate redeployment, we want to live in places where we can work with peace of mind.’’
It was learnt that pressure has been on the authorities of NYSC who are collaborating with the state government of the affected state on how to secure the corps members who are posted to their states.
