After much critisim from people from facebook, the German sports apparel maker Adidas has decided to withdraw the plans to sell a controversial sneaker featuring affixed rubber shackles. When the shoe was advertised on facebook, there were comments which says that the shackle reminds them of the
painful image of slavery. The plan to sell the sneaker in August is cancelled.
